The HRP Heinze Group is the umbrella organization for HRP Heinze Consultants, HRP Heinze Academy and HRP Heinze Excellence Center.
The HRP Heinze Group is concerned with different perspectives of maintaining people's performance level – primarily in the working environment. Through training and individual coaching (follow-up), we are aiming at better protect and maintain the human creative power as the most important resource of personal and entrepreneurial development.

The group's trainers and coaches present comprehensive, longstanding experience, especially in the shaping of change processes based on the maxim: People behave the way they think.
Behaviour Based Safety and “Healthy Organizations“
HRP Heinze Consultants trains and accompanies organizations, specifically in the area of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS), Slow Movement and “Healthy Organizations“.
We teach managers and staff members about the insights and the know-how necessary for producing change in culture and structures, as well as in attitudes and Behaviour patterns.

The Think Tank of the HRP Heinze Group: Attitudes Determine our Behaviour!
The role of the HRP Heinze Excellence Center is to develop targeted topics in the areas of Culture Change, Behaviour Based Safety and “Healthy Organizations” inside the HRP Heinze Group, and also together with external Experts.
The Excellence Center, therefore, takes the role of a think tank for the HRP Heinze Group: it is the place where competencies are formed and developed, and where topics of the future are worked out, discussed and published. In this way, we want to contribute to promoting the insights and the know-how necessary for producing change even beyond the HRP Heinze Group. For we know: Our attitudes, feelings and convictions determine our Behaviour!
